CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Criminal complaints are revealing the names of four people arrested during a large disturbance outside of a downtown Cedar Rapids bar early Sunday morning.

Criminal complaints show Cordell Buress, Hannah Arnold, Tangeray Davis, and Darnell Geiger are each charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Buress is also charged with Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations. Both Buress and Geiger are charged with Harassment of a Public Official.

Cedar Rapids Police say officers were called to the 400-block of 2nd Avenue SE around 1:20 a.m. Sunday for a report of a large disturbance.

According to the criminal complaint against Buress, an officer was trying to get a crowd outside of Hazzard County Saloon to disperse when they were approached by Buress with his phone out. Bur
