Police are looking for witnesses as they investigate a fatal shooting in north Tulsa following an apparent "history of confrontations" between the shooter and the man who was killed.

Officers responded around 1:15 p.m. Saturday to a reported shooting in the 3300 block of North Main Street, where bystanders were attempting first aid. The 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene near the Tulsa Dream Center, according to police.

After detectives identified a person of interest, the shooter turned himself in voluntarily.
