A man who died at a Scots holiday park following an "assault" has been pictured for the first time .

Emergency crews rushed to Rothesay Gardens at Wemyss Bay Holiday Park in Inverclyde at 12.05am on Sunday after receiving reports of a man being found injured.

Upon attendance, a 33-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene .

He has now been named as Raymond Cosgrove and his family are being supported by Police Scotland.

Yesterday, we told how a 21-year-old man and 28-year-old woman had been arrested in connection with an alleged assault.

Officers have confirmed the 21-year-old has now been charged.

He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, September 16. The 28-year-old woman was released pending further inquiry.
