ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Multiple Cobb County School District employees have been disciplined over comments on social media about Charlie Kirk’s death.
The employees were placed on administrative leave, and the district said they will “not be in a classroom or interacting with students or parents while on leave.”
They said they are conducting an investigation to take “appropriate personnel action,” adding that they’ll report their findings to the Georgia Professional Standards Commission, the ethics board for Georgia educators, and “requesting appropriate action against their Georgia teaching license.”
