Tonight provides mostly cloudy skies with a couple of isolated stray sprinkles possible. A very light east wind will become calm after midnight with lows in the mid 50s.
Tuesday keeps clouds hanging around similar to Monday in what will be more cloudy than sunny as the result of an area of low pressure off the Carolina coast. That system will pinwheel inland, weakening as it does so, but it will throw clouds and an isolated shower or two our way, mainly across our eastern counties during the day. The day will be mainly dry with highs in the mid 70s as the clouds keep us a touch on the cooler side.
Wednesday features clouds still to begin the day but a decrease in cloud cover as the day progresses, with only an isolated chance for a sprinkle or two, mainly in our eastern counties. The sun
