So far, Michigan Football is 0-for-1 on the road this season. It’s not all that often a team gets two opportunities against Power 4 teams in the first month of the season, yet here we are as Michigan is set to travel to Nebraska this Saturday.

It was a bit of a dud offensively for the Wolverines two weeks ago at Oklahoma, as they brought in a rather vanilla game plan to face a stout defense. Following Michigan’s win over Central Michigan this past weekend, acting head coach Biff Poggi admitted the conservative game plan featured at Oklahoma was designed to keep the Sooner offense off the field. Citing a desire to “take the air out of the ball” against Oklahoma, Poggi said Michigan is not going to do that again with star quarterback Bryce Underwood.
