SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) —September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. There's a group in Sioux Falls that is doing what it can to make sure people struggling with their mental health know that they are not alone.
Antonio Casiello has lost both his close friend and his uncle to suicide.
"We really didn't know that he was struggling. And so then for him to take his life was jolting for our friend group, and for myself, because, you know, I would have just never seen that coming," lost friend and uncle to suicide, Antonio Casiello said.
