Goodwin, then 39, was last seen on Friday, July 19, 2002, shopping at Coles and Woolworths in her hometown of Port Lincoln.
Her car was found in the driveway of her Moonta Cres home about 4.45pm that same day.

Major Crime Investigation Branch detectives and Port Lincoln and Australian Federal Police officers have renewed a search for her remains, and are combing a property on Pamir Ct in Port Lincoln using specialised radar equipment.
Police believe Goodwin was murdered.
Despite extensive searches over the years, her body has never been found.
