Elton John had fans feeling uneasy this week after sharing pictures of himself in a hospital bed, but things were not what they seemd.

It’s no secret that the “Rocket Man” singer has been dealing with ongoing hip and back issues, which led him to cancel multiple performances of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.

As previously reported , he underwent hip surgery after a fall at his residence, which has resulted in a physical strain that has inflicted his body after years of performing.

Last year, the English singer was admitted into a hospital in France after he fell at his villa, but he managed to recover. He also disclosed that his decision to cease touring was partially due to managing his health for his partner, David Furnish, and their two young sons, Zachary and Elijah.
