LUBBOCK, Texas – Gregory Gilmore, 20 was arrested Thursday, September 4, and accused of possession and intention to distribute child pornography, according to court records.

Court documents obtained by EverythingLubbock.com stated an investigation was initiated based on the receipt of a CyberTip for the Nation Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The court records revealed Gilmore possessed and distributed child sexual abuse material.

The case was presented to the grand jury and an arrest warrant was issued.

As of Tuesday, Gilmore remained at the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $100,000.00 bond.
