UPDATE: The truck driver charged with reckless homicide after the Mother's Day crash on I-75 killed two adults and one child has agreed to pass on a preliminary hearing, and the case will be turned over to a grand jury.

Joseph Antoinier faces three counts of reckless homicide and reckless aggravated assault, along with seven counts of felony reckless endangerment.

Police say Antoinier failed to brake and hit five other vehicles, causing a pileup on I-75 in East Ridge.
