LUBBOCK, Texas -- Andrew Burdett Moore, 37, of Lamesa, agreed to plead guilty on Tuesday to a federal charge of Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography, according to court records.

EverythingLubbock.com previously reported Moore, who had affiliations with the Bandidos, was arrested back in February. During the search, multiple weapons, gang memorabilia and electronics were seized in connection with current investigations.

Court documents stated a CyberTip on February 20 reported a user on a messaging app for receiving and sending child sexual abuse material. The next day, another CyberTip to the Lynn County Sheriff's Office connected Moore to the account.
