(WMTV) - Overnight into Wednesday morning, calm winds and lingering surface moisture will support patchy fog development, especially in low-lying areas such as the Wisconsin River Valley and along the Kettle Moraine. Some spots may briefly see visibility dip below one mile, though coverage is expected to be spotty.
