SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Good evening! A few isolated showers have popped up around the ArkLaTex this afternoon, and they should remain possible through the early evening hours. Through the night, clouds remain overhead, and conditions remain quiet at the surface with temperatures dropping into the 60/70s once again for lows.
Through tomorrow and the rest of this week, the high-pressure system that brought us hot and dry weather through last week will continue to weaken. This allows for pop-up showers and storms to remain possible through the afternoon hours and becoming more possible by the weekend.
Highs are expected to decrease towards the average for this time of year through the rest of this week. Temperatures may reach below the average across the region by the first day of fall du
