EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - WNIN is looking to make some changes to their business model following several budget cuts and staff layoffs.

To do that, they are looking to create a task force made up of local business experts.

President and CEO Tim Black said these experts would be from the buisness, media, and fundraising communities.

They would help decide the best way for the company to move forward, into a future where federal funding is unreliable.

“We’re forming the task force as a means to bring some experts into the building, and to talk about what our future looks like,” says president and CEO Tim Black.

Black said he feels confident in the company’s finances for about two more years, and then will have to reevaluate the future after that.
