RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – She spent more than three decades as Rio Rancho Schools’ only superintendent. Now, longtime educator, Dr. Sue Cleveland, said she's stepping down. She spoke to KRQE News 13 about the impact the superintendent hopes she left on the community. "Amazing journey and I'm just so thankful that I was a part of that," said Dr. V. Sue Cleveland, Superintendent for Rio Rancho Public Schools.
