“Everyone must take another step in the right direction and level up their game and that’s exactly what my mindset was,” Perfetti said of his off-season. “There’s going to be a hole to fill, and no one’s going to be able to fill exactly what Nikolaj did by himself because he was a great player and what he could do was special.”

“Perfetti thinks the game, a good, young player who is starting to evolve,” Jets head coach Scott Arniel said. “He had a great year for us last year and we need for him to continue to build.”
