Ontario Provincial Police are turning to the public for information on the whereabouts of a 74-year-old woman who was last seen in Port Dover.

Police say the woman named Marilyn was seen at the Port Dover Community Centre at 801 St. George St. at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept.18. (OPP do not release the last names of people who are reported missing.)

She is described as being 165 centimetres (5-feet-5-inches) in height, weighing 75 kilograms (165 pounds). She has short grey hair and wears thin, dark-framed glasses.

When she was last seen she was wearing a black dress and black slip-on shoes. She was carrying a purse and sweater.
