FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in searching for a missing 16-year-old girl.

Harley Hall was reported missing by her mother Friday, September 19 and last reported seen leaving her home on Finch Lane in Rocky Mount Thursday, September 18 at 10:30 p.m., according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators determined that the last known location of Harley’s cell phone was near the 1800 block of Franklin Road in Roanoke around 6:30 a.m. on Friday, September 19.

She is described as a white female, approximately 5′, 150 pounds, with brown hair currently dyed blue, according to deputies. Deputies say she has facial piercings and a tattoo on her left arm of a phoenix heart.
