Church Members Create Human Wall to Prevent Philly Man From Entering Town Hall

Frankie Scales, one of the founders of @Surge_Philly, was prevented from entering a Philadelphia town hall when members of the church formed a human wall outside its entrance. At one point in the video Scales says, “They have the blue wall,” referring to the people forming the wall as liberals.
