MUSKEGON TWP., MI - A man was arrested late Friday night in Muskegon Township after a four-hour standoff with police.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 7 p.m., Sept. 19, on Marlette Street in the Arlington Woods mobile home community, according to the Muskegon Township Police.
A 42-year-old man inside the home and involved in the incident was found to have multiple outstanding warrants, including a felony warrant.
The man was ordered to exit the residence but refused to comply, police said.
Township police requested assistance from the Muskegon County Emergency Response Team and the Ottawa County Critical Response Team “due to prior contacts with this individual and other information gathered,” the press release stated.
