Piscataway scored two second-half goals to secure a 2-0 victory over Carteret in Piscataway.

Following a scoreless first half, Nate Thomas scored in the 55th minute off an assist from Anthony Carrera Vides . Carrera Vides added a goal of his own in the 68th minute on an assist by Henzel Hercule s.

Piscataway dominated the match with an 11-5 advantage in shots on goal. Ethan Metzger recorded five saves for Piscataway and earned the shutout.

Piscataway (5-3) snapped a three-game losing streak and will travel to Old Bridge on Monday, while Carteret (1-6-1) will host Union on Tuesday.
