RICHMOND, Ind. — Richmond police say they arrested a man Wednesday for indecent exposure following an incident at a public park.

According to a release from the Richmond Police Department , on Sept. 17 officers were called to Springwood Park on a report that a man was allegedly masturbating inside his vehicle with the door open. Police say once the suspect realized they'd been seen, they fled the area.

Patrol officers along with an off-duty officer quickly located the suspect's vehicle and pulled it over. The driver, identified as a 26-year-old Richmond man, was arrested for indecent exposure and marijuana possession, police said.
