College football Week 4 weather delays: Latest updates on when Notre Dame-Purdue and other games will resume

It seems the consistent theme of the 2025 college football season so far is weather delays. Consistently through the first four weeks, we've seen several of them affect several games.

First, the Clemson Tigers a had a nearly two-hour delay against Syracuse. Clemson went into the locker room down 24-14 at halftime, and lost 31-14.

Later on Saturday. Notre Dame's home game against Purdue was also delayed due to lightning right at halftime. Since the delay was so long (nearly two hours), the two sides skipped halftime entirely. Play eventually resumed in South Bend, however.
