And multiple generations of music fans strolled the Twin City’s paved streets and concrete sidewalks in a quest to hear an old favorite tune or experience something brand new.
For 24 years, the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion has been Door Dash for music fans delivering all flavors and styles to anxious ears. Sometimes in small packages tucked into the corner of a downtown deli or coffee shop. Sometimes feeding the appetites of thousands wedged shoulder to shoulder for a city block.
It’s that way every year.
Big names, old favorites, local heroes and evolving greatness take turns occupying every corner of downtown. A total of 29 performances are on the schedule between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The last word in the festival’s name is Reunion and Sunday
