GLENDALE, Ariz. (KVOA) - Charlie Kirk's memorial service is set to take place today, and a large turnout is anticipated at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

The memorial service for Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA, is set to happen on Sept. 21.

Erika Kirk, widow of Charlie Kirk, along with President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance, will speak at the memorial service.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is urging attendees to plan ahead for potential traffic delays around the stadium.

Glendale police announced that parking lots will open at 7 a.m., and stadium doors will open at 8 a.m. The service is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.

Ahead of the service, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell is advising those who may choose to protest to do so peacefully.
