SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- San Francisco 49ers Pro Bowl defensive end Nick Bosa reportedly suffered a season-ending injury in Sunday's win over Arizona. According to ESPN, Bosa tore his ACL during the 15-16 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

Bosa left Sunday's game early, giving a thumbs up as he exited the field.

ESPN, citing sources, said the tear is a clean one but will require surgery that will see Bosa out for the remainder of the season. This marks the second time in his NFL career that Bosa has torn his ACL.
