SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — At Monday’s meeting, Sioux City City Council members unanimously approved the rezoning of two pieces of land for future housing developments.
The city has received a multi-million dollar grant from the Iowa Finance Authority through the National Housing Trust Fund program. With the approval given on Monday, they can now work to use that money to build permanent supportive housing.
