GRAND LEDGE, Mich. (WLNS)-- Superintendent Bill Barnes is not firing a teacher who made a post about Charlie Kirk's assassination.
Tensions were high at the Grand Ledge School Board meeting Monday night. Some people were calling for the firing of high school teacher Dave Logel, while others defended him.
Logel found himself in the hot seat after making the following Facebook post about the assassination of Charlie Kirk and the school shooting in Colorado that happened the same day (Sep. 10th):
"If you posted today about the death of a fascist, not about the death of children in a school shooting, please unfollow me. Thank you."
