Syracuse, N.Y. — Capping a year of “restructuring” its business , Syracuse-based coffee company Cafe Kubal this week reopened one of its former dine-in locations.

The cafe at 208 N. Townsend St. in the Hawley-Green neighborhood reopened Monday after being closed for 10 months. It brings Kubal back up to four locations.
