MINNEAPOLIS — A new documentary is highlighting two Minneapolis police officers and football coaches throughout their experiences in 2020.

Jeffrey Williams, the producer and director, visited KARE 11 News at Noon to share more about the recent film.

He shot "Force of Blue" right after the murder of George Floyd amid the school closures due to COVID-19. The movie follows a father and son team - Charlie Adams and Charles Adams III - who both worked for the Minneapolis Police and coached the Minneapolis North high school football team.

"Force of Blue" will play at the Cannes Pan African Film Festival in late October. If you would like to watch it, you can stream it on Tubi or Amazon Prime.
