An open date has been revealed for a new pizza restaurant preparing for launch in Grand Central.
Pizza Pilgrims has announced it will be welcoming its first customers on Monday, November 3 in the food court overlooking Birmingham New Street Station's main concourse.
The 195m2 restaurant is currently undergoing a refit after taking over from Tapas Revolution, which closed at the start of this year .
Pizza Pilgrims has branches in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and a number of other locations, though this will be its first in the West Midlands.
Founders Thom and James created the business after learning to make pizza in Italy, travelling the country in a three-wheel Piaggio Ape van.
The van will feature in the new Grand Central spot, as seen in artist illustrations sha
