ST. LOUIS - A St. Louis developer is set to open a new dining hall next year in downtown St. Louis.

According to our partners at the Post Dispatch, the new Washington Avenue Food Hall, developed by Alex Oliver, is expected to open between April and June 2026. The new dining hall is slated to be located at 1122 Washington Avenue.

The Washington Avenue Food Hall will feature spaces for eight different food stalls. Additionally, the dining hall will feature two bars: one inside the hall and another in the back of the building with a retractable roof

The launch of the dining hall comes years after Oliver previously invested millions of dollars on apartment buildings and retail spaces on Washington Avenue. The new dining hall aims to increase foot traffic and contribute to the revitalization
