ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A journalist from El Salvador could be deported at “any moment” after an immigration board issued a final removal order Monday night, according to the ACLU.
The order was issued for Mario Guevara, who has been in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody for months, “despite a previous order that he be released on bond,” the ACLU said.
