A security camera provides us with a clear view of what happened on a night in early September. The victim was closing up just after 8:30PM at The Flower Shop hemp store on Glass Street. "He had a masked suspect that you see in the video that approached him as he was getting in his vehicle," explained Chattanooga Police Sgt. Victor Miller.
