SCIENCE FAIR WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS: A workshop on Oct. 4, 9-11 a.m., will be held at the STEM Library Lab, 3011 N. I-10 Service Road East in Metairie, to help teachers prepare for the Greater New Orleans Science and Engineering Fair, which takes place Feb. 23-26, 2026, at Tulane. The workshop will detail over $60,000 in available awards, prizes and grants for students, teachers and schools. A $20 deposit fee is required.
