GREENSBORO, N.C. — We need to pay attention to this one. A tropical storm that hasn't even formed yet is giving our WFMY Weather Team some concern. They're tracking this system that will be moving up the East Coast and could hit the Carolinas by Monday and Tuesday of next week. It will be called Imelda. Let's get right to it.

A Very Complicated Forecast

There are many tough parts to forecasting this storm. Currently it is a cluster of thunderstorms near Haiti.

There are two tropical systems. Humberto isn't far away and could influence the track of what will become Imelda.

Does it get pulled inland by low pressure or steered eastward by the other hurricane?
