GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Grandville Public Schools says it will not provide busing Monday afternoon as it investigates a bomb threat.
Parents will have to organize rides home for their students, the district said in a letter sent to families. Anyone who can't do so is asked to call their child's school's office to work out a plan.
The district said it would keep buildings staffed through the afternoon so kids can wait until they are picked up. It added it was reaching out to other school districts to see if they could provide buses for anyone who couldn't get a ride.
Dean Transportation buses are unaffected and will run as usual, the district said.
