The Cleveland Division of Police is teaming up with the Ohio State Highway Patrol to conduct a sobreity checkpoint Tuesday evening after the Guardians game.

Police confirmed the sobriety checkpoint will be conducted between 6-11 p.m. on Sept. 30 at Superior Avenue and East 12th Street.

This is “part of an ongoing effort to reduce alcohol-related crashes and enhance public safety,” police shared.

“The checkpoint aims to deter impaired driving and ensure that all motorists on the roadways are driving responsibly,” police stated. “This initiative reflects our continued commitment to making Cleveland’s streets safer for everyone.”
