UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - John Carroll has planned a grand entrance to its changing campus that will include retail, residential, and a not formally announced but much speculated about anchor tenant.
“Trader Joe’s has filed plans with our building department and asked for permits,” said University Heights Mayor Michael Dylan Brennan. “They are planning to build a store at Fairmount Circle in JCU Gateway North.”
The new Trader Joe’s will be just four miles north of another Trader Joe’s on Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere already a huge attraction for that area but this one providing a grocery store on campus for students.
Construction underway at Fairmount Circle at Fairmount and Warrensville Center Road in University Heights, a big win for the University and for University Heights.
