MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — A bus driver strike looms over Middletown and Cromwell schools and could come as soon as Monday.

Bus drivers at the DATTCO company were supposed to go on strike Wednesday. However, that action has been postponed.

After months of negotiations, the Teamsters Local 671 union says the bus company hasn't produced a contract that meets the bus drivers' needs.
