SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — San Angelo Police Department (SAPD) warns everyone to stay away from the area of near Oak Grove and Green Meadow.

The San Angelo Police Department has put out a Nixle alert stating to avoid the area of Oak Grove and Green Meadow due to police activity.

A CVHP reporter on the scene reported that there's heavy SAPD and San Angelo Fire Department presences at the scene. The reported stated there's an ambulance with a stretcher on standby.
