PITTSFIELD TWP, MI - A 16-year-old boy has been charged as an adult in the death of a teen fatally shot in Ann Arbor late last week.

Omar Ernest Smith, 16, was arraigned on charges of four felony charges, including open murder, on Oct. 1. before 14A District Court Magistrate Odetalla M. Odetalla. He appeared virtually for the hearing.
