TOLLESON, AZ (AZFamily) — Police are investigating after two Amazon delivery drones crashed in Tolleson on Wednesday morning.

It happened around 10 a.m. in a commercial area near 97th Avenue and Roosevelt Street , just south of Interstate 10. Tolleson police say both drones crashed into a crane and call the incident an “active investigation.”

It’s unclear if anyone was hurt.

Video from the scene shows a badly damaged drone outside a building with multiple fire crews on scene.

It’s unclear what caused the drones to crash. Arizona’s Family has reached out to Amazon for additional information.
