EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Warrick County School officials say they will begin rolling out the installation of a weapons detection system at each high school campus.
According to a press release, school officials have begun the process of ordering and securing the technology.
They say prior to implementation, students and staff can expect training and support, including viewing the technology, receiving expectations and practicing school-entry procedures to ensure readiness for the transition.
School officials say WCSC will be fully operational as swiftly as possible once delivery from the vendor, installation and training occurs.
They say families will also receive school-specific details and updates from building administrators soon.
