Status: Passed by the House and Senate

House Bill 4706 , introduced by Rep. Ann Bollin, R-Brighton Township, was passed Friday, creating a nearly $81 billion spending plan. The spending plan includes $2 billion for roads, a reduction of nearly 2,000 government “ghost jobs,” tax breaks for senior citizens, continued offerings of free student meals and more.
