MINNEAPOLIS — Two men -- Cedric Berry and Berry Davis -- are serving life sentences for first-degree murder in the kidnapping, torture, and murder of Minneapolis real estate agent Monique Baugh .
But the man who allegedly put them up to it is returning to court for a second trial.
Lyndon Wiggins, 40, is accused of hatching the fatal plot to get to Baugh's boyfriend -- a known rival of his.
"They're saying he wasn't necessarily present for the killing but he was the one who orchestrated it," said Twin Cities defense attorney Ryan Pacyga, who doesn't represent any of the defendants but reviewed the Minnesota Supreme Court ruling that granted Wiggins a new trial.
