48-Year-Old Defendant Crashed His Car Into Bel-Air Property’s Gate After Years of Threatening Messages

Superior Court Judge Maria Cavalluzzi postponed a decision Friday on how to supervise Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, the Mississippi man accused of stalking Jennifer Aniston and ramming a car into the gate of her Bel-Air home, as reported by ABC 7 News.

Carwyle has pleaded not guilty to felony stalking and vandalism. In May, after evaluations by two experts, Cavalluzzi found him incompetent to stand trial and transferred the case to a courtroom that handles mental-health matters.
