Detroit — Two men charged in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting that left a 4-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man dead at a Detroit park in June have been ordered to stand trial, though a defense attorney contends prosecutors don't have enough evidence to prove they're at fault.

Brandon Ware, 19, is accused of firing 10 shots out of a black pickup that William Wheeler, 19, was driving June 27 near Skinner Park in Detroit. The shots struck 4-year-old Samir Grubbs, who was playing at the park at the time with his mom, and 18-year-old Daviyon Shelmonson-Bey, killing both.
