FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Rain showers will last over the next few hours bringing at least a few tenths of an inch of rain across the area. We will stay cloudy through the afternoon before clearing out later tonight.

We have been giving you the First Alert to the chance of frost later in the week as skies clear and temperatures fall after this cold front passes. Thursday and Friday morning’s low temperatures will be in the mid to upper-30s which will allow for the possibility of patchy frost. This won’t be a crop killer, but it will finally be a sign that fall is here and these temperatures will become the norm very soon!
